Do you offer custom website design, or do you use pre-built templates?
We offer both. For websites of all businesses accross many industries, we offer custom, very carefully curated template designs as well as purely custom designs. It is recommended that companies with close deadlines to meet choose a template we can make proper adjustments to. But, if need be, for very specific websites, we offer custom website designs.

Can you show examples or case studies of websites you’ve designed and developed?
Yes. You can either visit our portfolio page or see our templates catalog. The templates catalog are products you can purchase and our portfolio is a showcase of live websites we are responsible for creating.
Can you help with branding, graphic design, and overall visual identity?
No, we do not offer custom coding. But we do use resources sourced from our numerous database of add-ons, plugins, and custom coding previously created that has functional characterstics of most popular websites. Your desired functionality can be discussed in detail during your consultation call.
How do you manage project communication, revisions, and client feedback?
Communication is managed through the customers preferences. We usually use email and text messages due to speed, but we also have a liking for microsoft teams, slack, and google docs. Any of all communication methods can be used and are effective. Regular meetings will be scheduled and deadlines of any to-do’s will be clearly issued.
Do you provide content writing services like copywriting, photography, or video production?
We offer copywriting for your products and services, but we do not offer content creation and video production. We have suggestions we’d be happy to share so you can source talent and get your content and video creation produced.
Do you offer hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificate setup?
We offer guest hosting in the case that you do not have hosting at the moment. We are more than happy to suggest the best hosting services you may use based on your budget and requirements. We can even offer a guest domain to stage your website until it is fully produced and is prepared for migration to a different domain name. This only applies to wordpress websites. Other platforms can be tranferred and requires a different process.
An SSL certificate is not created for your domain until your web host installs one on your domain, or you purchase one to have installed on your domain.
How do you manage backups, software updates, and disaster‑recovery planning?
Depending on your website platform and web host you purchase, there are many ways to backup your website. We have many suggestions to encure your website is backed up regularly and is able to be restored that will meet your budget needs. We will even set it up for you so you have nothing to worry about.
How long should I expect a website to be created and delivered to me?
Your site can take as long as it needs depending on production schedules. Usually starting with one of our templates, filling out our survey, and having a strong outline of what actions you’d like your target audience to take on our website will shorten that time.
How do you handle payments and invoices?
For websites, we will send you an invoice with a deadline that you will be responsible for paying via email that we will process with our preferred payment processor. (Stripe)
